It is a pre-school education programme in the community for children between 3 to 5 years of age. Covers those children who are not part of pre-school education net. |

The programme has been designed to develop reading and numeric skills among children at an early age between 5 and 7 years. |
| Learn to Read |
It is a three-month intensive learning class for children between 7 and 14 years of age. |
| Read to Learn |
This is an eight-month class for out-of-school children between 7 and 14 years of age. The objective is to develop writing skills as well as better analytical and discussion skills with the overall objective of mainstreaming the children. |
