CAF India has helped support effective giving through individuals and organisations for the last 11 years. CAF India has validated over 1300 NGOs in conjunction with the Planning Commission of India and reaches out regularly to over 100 NGOs across diverse causes.
All donations are exempt from tax under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
CAF India retains 10% of the total donation made towards a cause or NGO. This is used to support due diligence, monitoring, reporting and online processing charges.
